Armlift is a procedure that aims to remove excess skin and fat between the armpit and elbow. The remaining skin is placed back over the newly repositioned contours to create a more toned look. This is one of the standard cosmetic procedures performed by plastic surgeons and cosmetic and contour specialists. The specialist makes incisions on the undersides of arm tightening underlying tissues and securing them with sutures. The doctor may also use a suction technique to remove fat.
